Why the H10
The Polar H10 measures the heart’s electrical signal and sends each beat-to-beat interval over Bluetooth, which makes it one of the most accurate HRV sensors you can wear. Support for connecting it directly in Chrome and Edge is in development.
- Beat-to-beat intervals for full HRV
- All heart biofeedback games (skin-conductance games need a Lightstone)
- Wireless: great for movement and group sessions
